APC Chairmanship Aspirant, Hon. (Dr.) Usman Murtala Karshi picks Intent and Nomination Forms.
Aspirant of All Progressive Congress (APC) Hon. Usman Murtala Karshi (Yamarayi) on this day Wednesday picked his Chairmanship intent and nomination forms for the forth coming APC party’s primary election – Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) stating that he was the best candidate that will deliver the party in the February 12th, 2022 Area Councils polls in the FCT.
The event which held at the APC state secretariat in Abuja, the Aspirant revealed that he was picking the form in order to fly the flag of the Party eventually at the February 12th, 2022, FCT Area Councils election. Hon. Yamarayi pointed out that although such event was not for speech making, as it was the season of more action. He stated that in his leadership if elected will become a one united entity in the Council. He promised that his supporters will be peaceful in there conduct during and after the primary election, and said that safety of AMAC citizens and residence before, during and after the process is his almost concern.
Yamarayi who after picking the intent/nomination form proceeded to the liaison office of the former Governor of Nasarawa State, Senator Umaru Tanko Al-Makura to further attest that he had the backing of the Gwandara elders, also called on the Gwandara people to join hands to ensure that they deliver, adding that he thought that the reason why the Gwandara elders, youths and other stakeholders unanimously selected him was because he stepped down for the incumbent executive chairman twice, and admonished his supporters to give other aspirants the opportunity to pick their forms and not devoid them from participating in the exercise, such gesture he said would grow the party in number.
Meanwhile, the DG, Murtala Campaign Organization (MCO), Yusuf Dangara Gwagwa has as assured that the candidature of Yamarayi would give the party straight victory without any hurdle at the poll. The event witnessed a mammoth crowd of Yamarayi and APC supporters from all the 12 wards of the Council.
